Job description

We are seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher who has experience working with children ages 3-5 and can create a positive, engaging learning environment. Candidates will be required to implement an early childhood curriculum designed to stimulate cognitive, social and emotional development in young students. A successful candidate will work well with other teachers, parents and students, and will be able to communicate effectively with children of different learning levels.

• Maintain a safe environment for children.
• Offer encouragement and reinforcement to children.

Minimum Requirements for Assistant Teachers:

• Must have at least 6 ECE units. Should enroll in college to gain a total of 12 ECE units.
• Criminal Record Clearance
• Mandated Reporter Training certificate
• Health Screening and TB
• Immunization records (MMR, Tdap, and flu)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
