We're looking for an experienced and dependable Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have cooking experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and be willing to take direction. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare entrees, appetizers and desserts, and will be working with a team that is dedicated to providing quality food in an upscale casual environment. The position will work the line during dinner hours. Training and direction is readily available, pay is based on your experience, work ethic, skill set ,and ability to mesh with a team.

Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions from the chef.
• Prepare food to the chef's specifications.
• Use a knife in order to chop or dice food.
• Food prep duties.
• Provide quality service to customers.
• Be familiar with restaurant procedures and quality control checks for food prep, cooking, and dining areas.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.75 per hour
