Minimum 2 yrs. experience

Reporting to the Chef De Cuisine & Sous Chef, the essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• • Completing all tasks, in order, on the prep list from the Head Chef or other kitchen manager
  • Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves
  • Washing, chopping and sorting ingredients like fruits, vegetables and meats
  • Measuring quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredients
  • Parboiling food, reducing sauces and starting first steps in various dishes

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Position requires strong communication skills. A minimum of two years of experience in Fine dining restaurants is required. Should be familiar with product quality, kitchen equipment preparation methods, and require to minimal supervision. Attention to details is necessary. We ask that all applicants are results oriented, energetic, creative, and enthusiastic.
