An experienced and highly motivated goalkeeper for our school community in Fort Pierce, FL.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. m. to 5 p.m. m. either

Job Description Summary:

The Porter upholds company standards by supplementing maintenance, landscaping and management efforts to keep the property in a clean and orderly condition. .

Responsibilities:

Cleans and maintains property, including areas such as, but not limited to: Front Hallways, Sidewalks, Decks, Hallways, Office Areas and Classrooms, Courtyards, Sports Fields, Restrooms, at all times.

Empty and clean trash and trash containers, transport trash and debris to disposal area.

Use a blower in common areas as needed.

Prepare surfaces and perform painting projects as assigned.

Pressure cleaning of common areas.

Make sure all inventory items are in good working order.

Adaptable to work in indoor and outdoor environments, outdoor temperatures will vary.

Assignments may include physical activity, including heavy lifting and stair climbing.

Requirements

Experience as Porter and Maintenance is preferred

Maintenance knowledge of dusting, vacuuming and general cleaning is required.

Detail oriented, reliable and able to manage time well.
