The North County Police Cooperative (NCPC) is now hiring experienced police officers as well as POST certified.
The mission of the NCPC is to enforce the law, maintain the peace, protect life and property and promote quality of life in the NCPC areas. To accomplish our mission we depend upon a partnership among citizens, business owners, elected officials, and city employees.
The starting annual salary for an experienced police officer with the NCPC is $60,700+! A 2% pay matrix step-increase is given annually.
