Russo Bros. & Co. is a New Jersey based residential service contractor specializing in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems based in Morris County, NJ. Russo Bros. has been providing New Jersey homeowners quality plumbing and heating services since 1954.
Our service area includes Morris County, Essex County, Union County, Bergen County, Passaic County and Somerset County.
*Must have knowledge in all phases of residential plumbing.
*Learn & be compliant with all standards & practices for data recording & reporting on invoices
*Troubleshooting & diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to client
* Apply knowledge to perform thorough and accurate plumbing inspection and communicate findings with client
*Must comply with all safety standards and processes
*Ability to deal effectively with customer service & technical problems by using experience & personal influence to provide resolutionQualifications
*Minimum 3 years experience
*Excellent verbal & written communication skills
*Strong organization skills with close attention to detail
*Ability to multi-task & prioritize
*Establish & maintain good working relationships with other employees/departments
*Works as dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible & expert service to every customer
*Dedicated to improving work processes
*Team Player with a Positive Attitude
*Flexible on hours, work weekends as needed & able to respond to emergency calls
*Must have a clean driving record, clean background & pass drug testing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
