Job Title: PLC Technician/Programmer
Location: Princeton, IN 47670
Duration: 12 Months Contract (with possible extension)
Shift Time: 1st Shift (M-F; 8 AM - 5 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Commissioning new Body Weld equipment at machine vendor and sites.
- Robot teaching
- PLC troubleshooting
- Equipment inspection
- Support Body Engineering for Body Weld model change activities
Requirements:
- Associates or Technical degree
- Experience in industrial maintenance, robot programming, PLC logic modification and troubleshooting.
Desired:
- Experience with automated robotic welding (spot/arc) and robotic material handling.
- Industrial maintenance and body weld shop experience
- Some form of AUTOCAD Software
- Understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel experience)
Overtime: Yes, during weekdays, weekends, and shutdowns
Travel: Yes, 70% (Domestic and International, US & Canada & Japan)
