WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A Plant Manager that is responsible for the oversight of the regional reconditioning (washing) facility, located in Tomah WI. This position will embrace lean manufacturing principles and is accountable for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environment (SQDCME) for the wash facility.

Accountabilities includes staffing, driving associate performance, improving manufacturing productivity, adhering to preventative maintenance, manage demand planning, maintaining product flow, and adhering to food safety and environmental sanitation requirements.

THIS ROLE IS WILL:

• Adhere to Demand-Driven-Manufacturing principles utilizing lean manufacturing methodologies
• Maintain structure, discipline, and accountability on leading measures of SQDCME metrics. Improve flow, balance, rhythm by collecting fact-based data and driving improvements
• Lead and own the Plant Production through efficiency, accountability, and meeting commitments
• Quality:  Maintain 100% customer satisfaction by driving a rigorous inspection process and complying to quality standards.
• Ensure that gaps in resources and responsibilities are identified and resolved
• Drive accountability with the supervisors and associates
• Provide Succession Planning and balance out workforce to ensure associates are fully utilized
• Enhance and drive the continuous improvement approach to identify items constraining the ability to become demand driven
• Identify needs for process improvements and new tools for the manufacturing organization
• Support the Corporate strategic plans and continue to execute process discipline, company synergy, downstream predictability, and quality improvements
• Execute and renew efforts to drive a positive Arena Products Culture, Associate Engagement, and Customer focus
• Establish team collaboration and become a link for communication for the wash plant and to the rest of the organization
• Ensure commonality and alignment throughout and between all plants within the organization.

YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• BS degree in relevant field
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• 3-5 years of relevant Industry Knowledge and Inventory Management
• Strong interpersonal skills and employee engagement
• Technical skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, Visio & PLC Plant Software
• Analytical, business acumen and product marketing skills
