Assist all members of the administrative team in scheduling, coordinating and offering clerical support wherever needed.
Assist HR/Production/ and Maintenance manager in the daily functions of the department.
- Act as receptionist for the facility, utilizing interpersonal skills to welcome and assist all visitors.
- Schedule events, conference room, travel plans, etc., for members of the administrative team
- Provide various clerical functions and support to all members of management.
- Assist HR manager in daily activities, including payroll, employee relations, benefits and safety.
- File HR records
- Assist in new hire orientation, as well as ongoing training efforts for employees.
