Please note that this particular opportunity does not provide Per-Diem, so we are looking for local candidates only.

Job Scope (includes but not limited to):

• Interpret isometric drawings, take precise measurements, and flawlessly fabricate and install piping systems
• Familiarity with P&ID's, ISO's, orthographic drawings, and other relevant piping documentation
• Proficient in pipe beveling techniques using manual methods or beveling machines
• Sound understanding of flange isolations, including blinding, opening, modification, and repair of piping systems
• Skilled in assembling and securing various components of fabricated metal products for welding
• Extensive knowledge of pipe fittings, bolts, valves, and other necessary equipment
• Accurately assemble and connect pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment through welding and threading techniques
• Proficient in handling rigging equipment safely and effectively
• Operate a range of tools and equipment, including beveling machines, cut-off grinders, hammers, torches, drills, Saw-Zall, and air-arc gouging equipment
• Compliance with Respiratory Protection Fit-Testing and Pulmonary Function Testing requirements
• Experience in fitting industrial 2'-6' stainless pipe
• Grinding and beveling pipes as necessary
• Layout, cut, assemble, and install pipes with precision
• Secure workpieces for welding purposes
• Install pipe supports, valves, and instruments
• Safely handle materials and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven track record of 3-5 years' field experience in pipe fitting, encompassing the aforementioned responsibilities
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening
• Possession of personal hand tools required for the position
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
