ProMotion Physical Therapy is looking to add to our Clinic Family!

ProMotion Physical Therapy is looking to add an aide to our team. The ideal candidate will have some exerience or education in the medical industry, excellent attendance, able to pass a background check, and takes initiative of their learning, success and growth. Preference will be given to biligual applicants!

What can you expect to do?

Therapy Aides assist with the performance of procedures and therapy treatment under the supervision of Licensed Physical Therapists.

• Prepares treatment rooms/areas for patients by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
• Prepares patients for therapy treatment by welcoming them into the treatment area, providing and/or assisting patients onto exercise equipment and during therapeutic activities each session.
• Actively assisting therapists during sessions to help keep clients engaged during treatment.
• Provide information to patients and their guardians by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains patient confidence and protects clinic operations by keeping information confidential.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

To be successful in this position, you must have your high school diploma or equivalency. It is also preferred that you have experience within a healthcare environment with exceptional time management and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration abilities are a must in this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Physical Therapy Aide: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical office: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)
