Valencia Hills Health & Rehabilitation Center is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist ( PT ). The Physical Therapist ( PT ) will treat residents who have been referred to physical therapy by the resident’s physician on written order. Identifying residents by diagnosis or observation or staff referral who may benefit from therapy and requests orders for evaluation and treatment.
