We are currently seeking a fun and creative Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) in the Dayton, OH area in an Assisted Living (AL) environment.
Job Description:
The Physical Therapist (PT) would be responsible for performing starts of care and initial evaluations, subsequent follow-up visits, and supervising PTAs. Flexible scheduling while maintaining a weekly caseload of 25 - 30 visits a week to meet full-time status. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of Ohio. We utilize a universal electronic documentation system. Prior home healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.
Compensation: competitive/negotiable/experience based. Salary choice by the employee. Salaried position with a productivity quota of 120 points per week with each visit type allotted a different point value. Non-salaried position with a per-visit rate with each visit type allotted its own rate.
BONUS: $2,000.00 for full-time
