Hampton Nursing and Rehab (formerly ProMedica) working towards our mission to provide quality long-term care and related health services is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team on a per-diem basis.
PT – Physical Therapist Responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:
- Performs patient evaluations through the process of obtaining history, performing relevant systems review, and selecting and administering specific tests and measures to obtain data.
- Conducts ongoing reassessment of the patient and their response to treatment.
- Consults with other members of the rehabilitation team to select the most appropriate therapeutic regimen consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patient.
- Adapts program and/or plan of care according to the needs of individual patients.
Educational requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist (PT) therapy program – New grads welcome!
Current state licensure
Comfortable with basic computer programs and e-mail.
