Phlebotomist
$16.75 - $21.19

Duties:

• Working in the Emergency Department, very fast-paced environment
• Draw blood from patients of all ages in a hospital ED environment
• The Phlebotomist will be doing the straight straight sticks (anyone who doesn’t need an IV) - the ED Techs would still do the ambulance arrivals, but the Phlebotomist will be doing the lobby arrivals
• The ED is very busy, 20 patients/hour (not all will need draws, but still it is very busy)
• Provide excellent customer service to each patient

Locations/Schedule:

• 3x12 shifts, 11am-11pm
• Banner Boswell: 10401 W Thunderbird Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85351
• Banner Del Webb: 14502 W Meeker Blvd, Sun City West, AZ 85375Schedule 1: Boswell - Sun/Mon/Tues 11am-11pm

Schedule 2: Boswell - Wed/Thurs/Fri 11am-11pm
Schedule 3: Del Webb - Mon/Tues/Wed 11am-11pm
Scheduled 4: Del Webb - Thurs/Fri/Sat 11am-11pm
Schedule 5: Del Webb - Sun 11am-11pm & Boswell - Sat/Mon 11am-11pm

Any hours worked from 5pm-6am qualify for a 15% shift differential (as long as it is a minimum of two+ consecutive hours worked in that window)

3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (this client verifies EDU)
• Must have 6 mos -1 year+ Phlebotomy experience
