Responsibilities:
This candidate should be based out of Chattanooga, TN. Position requires daily travel with 2-3 overnight stays a month. This Pharmacy Support Representative will be covering the following territories: Northern GA, Northern AL, Eastern TN, and Western NC.
This position will work in tandem with operations and customer success to give next level pharmacy support. Helps to identify and vocalize the needs unique to each facility. Serves as a pharmacy resource to facilities, helping to audit drug storage measures for the medication carts, refrigerators, and medication rooms. Inventory back up supply kits and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of onsite company assets.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages and performs customer service visits to all assigned customers on a routine basis.
- Performs audits of all medication storage and communicates findings with the facility timely.
- Aid in developing account plans by giving facility level feedback.
- Provides facility level in-servicing on pharmacy operations and communication.
- Logs company assets in digital database.
- Manages and oversees cycle fill service/support as designated in a geographic area/pharmacy location.
- Completes weekly and monthly activity reports. Sets ninety (90) day goals specific to assigned location(s).
- Works closely with pharmacy operations to resolve acute customer issues and provides appropriate follow up.
- Travel daily to customer sites, including overnight stays as necessary.
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Associate Degree preferred.
- Will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One (1) to three (3) years' experience in a Pharmacy, Long Term Care, or Senior Housing industry.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products
Licenses/Certifications
- Pharmacy Technician Certification required.
- Valid Driver's License in state of residence required.
