Conducts drug utilization review studies. Consults with medical practitioners on prescription orders, patient reactions, and errors. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Typically reports to a manager or supervisor. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Bachelors degree, Pharm D preferred. Must be a registered pharmacist. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
