Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Round Rock is looking for friendly and motivated Dog Groomer with previous grooming experience to join our team. We are looking to hire immediately to fulfill current demand. Groomers are W-2, 50% commission + 100% tips and have the support of a Grooming Manager. Front team handles the check-in, check-out, and bookings. We also support our groomers with the use of a web-based app so that schedules, notes, grooming preferences, and history is tracked and viewable anytime and text messaging the client is easy.

Dog Groomer Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience with all breeds
• Dog bathing experience
• Groom approximately 4-6 dogs per day. More if you can maintain quality but worker faster than most.
• Input grooming notes into system
• Perform all general maintenance of grooming area: clean cages, tubs, grooming tables, vacuum floor, empty trash, clean clipper blades, scissors and brushes after use. Team Effort.
• Perform client consultations to build relationship

Dog Groomer Qualifications:

• Customer Service oriented
• Must be familiar with standard cuts for all breeds, including the trends, as well as using various tools of the trade
• Preferred experience in hand scissoring techniques
• Must maintain a clean and healthy environment for clients.
