Job description

SCHEDULE:

M-Fri 10 am to Dark. Sat, 8-5.

Advancement to route tech, and a schedule of M-F 8-5, Sat 8-3, is possible IF you provide quality work and are pleasant to work with.

PAY:

-There are 24 work days each month. Each start tech should complete between 7 and 13 initials each day.

-Each initial (a new customer's first treatment) completed has base pay of $15, and available bonuses of $10.

Base Pay Calculations:

-Base pay calculation: 7 x $15 x 24 = $2,520/month, up to 13 x $15 x 24 = $4,680/month

Bonuses Pay Calculations (Total of $10 available on each treatment):

-$5 Same-day bonus. Awarded if treatment is completed the same day the account was scheduled by the office or the sales rep.

-$5 5 Star Review bonus. Awarded if you get the customer to leave a 5 star review in response to the email/text the system sends them immediately after you complete their initial treatment.

Bonuses are paid out 3x/year (every 4 months).

-Bonus pay calculation (per month): 7 trtmnts x $10 in bonus x 25 days = $1,750/month up to 13 trmnts x $10 bonus pay x 25 days = $3,250/month.

-Bonus pay calculation per payout (4 months of bonuses) = $0 (None earned) up to $13,000 ($3,250 per month x 4 months).
