Job Duties Include:

• Assisting guests with the upmost care and attention by engaging and providing exceptional customer care.
• Maintain personal sales goal
• Using POS system to ring customers and place orders or find merchandise at other stores
• Building a clientele by building relationships with clients
• Processing Dillard's Reward cards
• Staying on top of latest fashion trends and merchandise carried by Dillard's to assist in meeting the needs of our guests.
• Maintaining merchandise and visual presentations on the sales floor
• Executing markdowns
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
