We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. As a Permanent Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of cases, and collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting written discovery and depositions to gather evidence and build strong cases for our clients.
- Representing clients in court appearances and other legal proceedings, including mediations and arbitrations.
- Litigating personal injury cases from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel on behalf of our clients.
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
- Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state where the position is located.
- 3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
