Our Way Inc. is a caring environment seeking to add additional staffing due to expansion! Our Way is currently hiring for part time workers on first shift in a fast paced, always changing and evolving environment providing care for developmentally delayed individuals.
Our Way is a CBRF that specializes in caring for adults who are developmentally disabled. One on one training as well as career development provided. All CBRF core training courses are provided to meet state requirements. Opportunity for internal advancement.

Our Way has been providing community and residential support service to Lincoln County residents for over 30 years, originating in Tomahawk in 1978. Today, Our Way has 4 non-profit, locations in Merrill.
As a Personal Care Giver (PCW), you will be responsible for ensuring safety of our residents, passing medications after completing certification, ADLs, engaging the resident's in purposeful activities, companionship, and more.
