We are currently hiring for Personal Care Aides in our Elmira Area! As a Personal Care Aide, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with self-care and everyday household tasks, and provide companionship.

If you don’t have a certification, no problem! We provide all the training you need in a classroom setting, free of charge, and at the end you will be a NYS Certified Personal Care aide! Already certified? Awesome! We are looking for you too! If you have a PCA (Personal Care Aides), CNA (Certified Nursing Assistants) and/or HHA (Home Health Aides), let’s chat!

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 18 years of age & have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly.

*Please note: New York State has adopted an emergency regulation mandating that all healthcare staff of Licensed Home Care Services Agencies be vaccinated for COVID-19. All Venture Forthe candidates MUST receive their first dose of the COVID-19 Vaccine and submit proof of vaccination PRIOR to starting PCA class or ACD testing, and complete the vaccine series prior to employment.

Benefits include:

Effective 10/1/2022, the base rate of pay for a Personal Care Aide is $15.20/hr.

Effective 12/31/2022, the base rate of pay for a Personal Care Aide is $16.20/hr.
