Job description

Private family looking for a part-time or full time personal | executive assistant to work closely with us in our home. The perfect candidate will be punctual, respectful, well groomed and have their own transportation. Flexibility is a must, dog lover is a plus!!! Willing to have several projects on their plate at one time; all the while shifting gears minute to minute. Having great organizational skills is a necessity and MUCH NEEDED!!

Qualifications

- Great written and verbal communication skills needed

- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects for several businesses

- Proficiency in MAC required; microsoft office, excel and other office productivity tools, with skill to learn new software and systems

- Familiar with Prezi; and willing to learn new platforms if needed

- Proficient in all platforms of social media

- Flexible team player; adaptable, enjoys a challenge and able to transition to different projects as needed

- Willing to sign a NDA

Responsibilities

- The PA | EA is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of CEO & family

- Their duties include prioritizing emails, phone calls, gathering information to prepare for meetings and coordinating

travel arrangements

- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications

- Performing minor accounting duties, i.e invoices, taxes, business records

- Organizing meetings/ boat shows, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

- Manage scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other

company logistics

- Attends meetings, records and reports meeting minutes
