SUMMARY: Our Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
Plans, coordinates and ensures the President's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the President's time and office.
Works closely and effectively with the President to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Is aware of all activities during the day as well as ahead of the curve for the week.
Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the President's ability to effectively lead the company.
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Two (2) to Four (4) years experience supporting C-Level executives, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Can work in a group setting as well as follow through on tasks individually.
Has a positive outlook on life and is willing to take on tasks without asking.
Wants to grow within the company and shows great work ethic to achieve those role changes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
