I am seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented personal assistant to provide administrative support. The successful candidate will be skilled in using Google Sheets and other organizational tools, and have a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities with precision and efficiency. I am looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone. It's a Bonus if you have experience in the restaurant industry since I also need help in setting up a lot of suppliers for food and alcohol. I also need help in contacting a lot of different companies for some other things....
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience working with Google Sheets and other organizational tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all communication.
