POSITION
Job Description:
Support Senior Manager, Media and Performance Marketing in the Americas to maximize qualitative brand exposure & traffic/conversion-driving initiatives via advertising, digital marketing and communications strategies. Support campaign launches, ensuring all campaigns run start to finish, ending each with clear, data-driven results to share with the wider business and inform future strategy.
Performance marketing
- Own all asset orchestration for paid social campaigns
- Work with HQ team for asset/copy signoff
- Brief paid search agency on campaign launches, providing ad copy to Media and Performance Marketing Manager for signoff
- Assist in all end of campaign reporting
- Keep US digital marketing calendar up to date & inform all necessary parties regionally and in HQ
Media
- Work with creative agency on asset creation for display and third-party digital campaigns
- Organize media plan for all third-party media buys each season, including print, display/digital and out-of-home
- Liaise with HQ image team and agencies to ensure all creative is shared for seasonal media buys
Required skills
- Google analytics experience
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Analytical, experience with reporting on e-commerce and marketing performance
- Knowledge of fashion, art & culture media
- Previous experience in digital marketing at fashion brand or agency
Preferred skills
- Knowledge of Google Ads/Microsoft advertising
- Experience in Meta business manager
- Experience working with paid media agencies
The compensation for this position ranges from $65,000- $70,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
