ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in creating and executing lead generating marketing plans for specific product categories and geographical territories to support the demands of a sales team and sales goals
- Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies to drive traffic to company pages
- Identify new digital and traditional lead sources that align with KPI benchmarks and company standards
- Track performance of campaigns and
- Evaluate the results of various marketing campaigns
- Spearhead market research efforts
- Coordinate initiatives across a variety of channels
- Analyze trends and make recommendations
- Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
- Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies.
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
- Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites.
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by marketing leadership.
- Minimum three years’ experience in Marketing.
- Must have experience in B2C lead generation, managing third party vendors, and direct response marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Proficiency in SEO and PPC, content management systems, Photoshop, InDesign, and pertinent social media networks.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
