Job Purpose:

To review performance of all of NCB’s Contingency clients on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. To oversee the management of the inventory assigned by NCB’s Contingency clients, ensuring the accounts are dialed daily within the legal guidelines, and are assigned to agents for manual efforts to effect payment. To oversee the performance of said agents for the purpose of future assignments.

Additionally, this position will require interaction with our clients, reviewing monthly performance, and, discussing expectations for future months.

General Responsibilities:

The Performance Manager (PM) & Analyst must clearly communicate objectives and expectations to members of the management team overseeing the operational strategy of our various Contingency clients. Recovery and performance management is critical to the success of our overall Contingency group, ensuring continued steady placements as well as putting NCB in position for greater market share as the opportunity arises. This role plays a critical function in ensuring that all sites and collection groups perform at a level consistent with expectations.

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of management and/or agency performance management experience or related experience is required.

Strong understanding of account receivable management (ARM) practices and the account recovery process.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient with one or more recovery management applications/systems.

Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Experience working with all levels of stakeholders, from front-line managers to executives.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Specific Projects (scope):

Assist in building the necessary daily, weekly and monthly reporting needed to effectively monitor performance of each client as well as the agents assigned to that client’s portfolio.

Look for areas of opportunity to increase, improve, develop higher and more consistent recoveries.

Work with NCB’s Analytics Team (BI) to develop monthly goals and establish methodologies for developing recovery expectations.

Track and monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance of all Contingency partners

Conduct regular performance meetings and clearly communicate performance expectations and opportunities.

Develop and deploy performance scorecards

Develop standards and exception reporting to assist in closely monitoring performance to established standards.
