Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise the performance of nurse aide work assignments to patients.
- Reviews the contents of the care plan to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and internal quality controls.
- Completes clinical record reviews, nursing notes, and documentation.
- Oversee services provided for medically fragile patients.
- Report any problems or progress to the Director of Nursing.
- Assistance with medication management.
- Ability to complete other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing and Staff Nurses.
