Pediatric Dental Receptionist with experience in all facets of pediatric dentistry is needed in our fast paced, leading edge pediatric dental practice. We are looking for someone who will be warm and welcoming to children of all ages. You must be a compassionate, positive person that will help create a happy experience for every child.

Responsibilities of a Pediatric Dental Receptionist

• Greeting patients when they arrive
• Assisting patients with scheduling and rescheduling appointments
• Answering multi-line phone system
• Inform patients of the treatment plan and financial options
• Collect payments
• Verify and updating patient information and insurance coverage
