PCB | Manufacturing
Scope: The Global Program Associate (I-III) supports the Global team as referenced in the essential job function associated with the level of responsibility. In addition to their knowledge and skill set, they will use the resources of the Global team to ensure the highest level of service to their internal and external customers.
Essential Job Functions:
Program Associate I:
- Administrative, support role to Program Associate II - III and Program Manager I-III.
- Begin processing emails in the centralized email system: categorizing, filing, tagging SOP.
- Building boards for RFQs
- All external communication to customers is cc’d to the Executive Vice President from the centralized email. (OOR, Tracking Information,)
- Ad-hoc Reporting and familiarity of standard reports
- Basic Logistics processing
- Job releasing processes and systems sales orders and purchase orders.
- Begin to work within the escalation processes when an item is a deviation or is a variable of your day-to-day workload.
- Creating quality concerns.
- Become familiar with vendors.
- Assists the Program Associate II-III and Program Manager I-III workload as requested.
- All work is reviewed by a Program Associate III or above
Program Associate II:
- Supportive role to Program Associate III and Program Manager I - III
- Maintains centralized email system: categorizing, filing, tagging SOP
- Assists in Building boards for RFQs
- Ad-hoc Reporting and deciphering of standard reports
- Logistics analysis
- Supports/Manages assigned customer accountsQuoting accounts with review from Program Manager level or higher
- Purchase Orders are validated from a Program Manager level or higher before being sent to vendors
- All external communication to customers is cc’d to the Executive Vice President.
- Contact a Program Manager for an escalation path when an item is a deviation or variation of your day-to-day workload.
- Creating quality concerns with follow up.
- Choosing vendors for build sites.
Program Associate III:
- Supportive role to all teams (Programs, Warehouse, Engineering, Finance)
- Diverse Customer Account assignments
- Ad-hoc Reporting including creating and analyzing reports.
- Logistics analysis
- Quoting Accounts independently based on the overall value
- Purchase Order approvals
- Maintains SOP divisionally Escalates items proficiently
- Maintains daily communication with customers fostering a strong relationship and obtaining additional quote opportunities
- Strong Technology understanding and Vendor Capabilities
Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience:
Program Associate I:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced data entry skills – 60 wpm minimum
- Intermediate MS Office Suite: with an emphasis in Outlook, Access, Excel.
- Expert organizational skills
- Proficient data collection, maintenance, analysis, and interpretation of data.
- Ability to work in a fluid work environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Program Associate II:
- Meets all Program Associate I essential job functions, qualifications, education, and experience requirements.
- Ability to train Program Associate I without notes.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Advanced problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ERP, Sage Intaact and QuickBooks
Program Associate III:
- Meets Program Associate II essential job functions, qualifications, education, and experience requirements.
- Expert in MS Excel with a focus on formulas, pivot tables, “IF” statements and “VLOOKUP”
- Experience with ERP, Sage Intaact and QuickBooks
- Experience in supply chain management and inventory management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Physical Requirements:
- Sit for long periods of time
- Use of hands to handle, type, or feel objects, tools controls, such as keyboards and peripherals
- Repeat the same movements
- View computer monitor(s)
- Ability to hear, speak and hold virtual meetings utilizing web-based software
- Ability to hear and speak to have telephone conversations
