Salary / FLSA: Non-Exempt
Grade 65 ($3,088.16 - $4,168.92)
Qualifications/Requirements
Associates degree or higher in Accounting or Business preferred- Experience working with LINQ software applications preferred
- Experience in processing payroll, including timesheets preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
Assists with payroll- Employee verification
- Works with subs using TimeKeeper and AESOP
- Works with school bookkeepers, as needed
- Performs other responsibilities related to the financial management of the school district as assigned or re-assigned by the Chief Financial Officer
