CAVU HCM is seeking highly motivated and outgoing Payroll Guide to join our amazing team in Rio Rancho, NM! We have a full-time, non-remote, Payroll Guide position open. The Payroll Guide position processes all aspects of payroll, providing a high level of customer service. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels. Demonstrate efficiency and flexibility in performing detailed tasks with multiple deadlines. Maturity in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters is required.

Responsibilities of Payroll Guide:

• Wowing clients on a regular basis
• Assisting clients in utilizing our amazing software solutions for payroll, timekeeping, and HR
• Help CAVU HCM sustain an incredible growth rate
• Solving problems
• Building new and improving upon current client relationships
• Create new process documentation and be continuously improving current processes
• Must display accountability along with desire for personal growth and ownership
• Manage ticketing system out of a CRM

Requirements of Payroll Guide:

• Positive attitude
• Telephone/email etiquette
• Knowledge of office equipment and environment
• Experience using CRM software or other web based applications
• Process oriented
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Ability to learn new things
• Attention to details and time management skills
• Tech savvy
• Need to be fast on a 10-key and proficient at typing
• Have contagious energy
• 1 year payroll processing experience preferred
