In this key role, you will be responsible for leading payroll production processing, supervising/training staff, and providing customer service to these health system entities: Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center, Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital, and Tiverton House. This will involve maintaining/improving communications, processing, reporting, and distribution systems. You will: * · Serve as a primary resource for UCLA Health System payroll policies and collective bargaining agreements * · Develop policies and procedures for payroll processes and timekeeping * · Establish departmental goals and objectives * · Steward human, financial, and physical resources in compliance with departmental and organizational goals/objectives * · Ensure subordinate supervisors and professionals adhere to defined internal controls * · Identify control gaps, implementing process improvements, etc. * · Manage systems and procedures to protect departmental assets * * Salary Range: $81,500-$192,500 annually
