As a Payroll Analyst you will be responsible for the Latin American payroll process. You will work closely with the in-country providers to ensure the monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time. You will work together as a team, and also independently. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail with excellent communication skills.
As a Payroll Analyst you will:
  • Be responsible for accurate and timely processing of monthly payrolls and year end reporting for LATAM
  • Ensure payroll and related processes are in compliance with SOX and internal policies. Work with internal and external audit to resolve auditor requests
  • Review payroll output reports for approval and compliance with company policies, local tax rules & other payroll related laws
  • Liaise with third party payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to promptly close out the monthly payroll process
  • Coordinate monthly payroll payments to employees and statutory authorities by the required deadlines
  • Respond with knowledgable advice to employees and stakeholder questions
  • Assist with payroll related accounting and accrual entries for input to the finance system
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports for the business as requested, and assist with various payroll projects

We’re excited about you if you have:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a fast paced multi country payroll environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) & G-Suite
  • Proactive and raise issues before they escalate
  • High degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Familiar with payroll accounting and best practices
  • Must have strong analytical and organization skills and high attention to detail
You may also have:
  • Previous experience of partnering with an external payroll service provider is preferred
  • Experience with ADP, Workday and NetSuite is a plus
