Description
To provide a service in the form of distribution and safe/timely transportation of patients, medical records and materials for the support of Glens Falls Hospital and it's customers, by performing duties in the following areas: Escort and Runners, as well as the additional duties of helping sort and answer phones for Mail, Pre-admission Testing Result Reports, Medi-Ride, and Courier Routes as needed.

Education/Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent positive communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to read & interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Able to learn & use computers and printers
- Able to recognize and select correct course of action in all segments of Distribution
- Clerical skills
- Basic math and reading skills
Licenses/Certificates/Registrations
- Current CPR certification within 3 months after hire
