Job description

We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team of plastic surgery professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with other departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and have a strong understanding of the plastic surgery industry. An applicant fluent in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to plastic surgeons and other medical staff.
• Assist with patient scheduling and paperwork.
• Provide patient education on plastic surgery procedures and post-operative care.
• Maintain patient records, including medical history and insurance information.
• Answer patient inquiries regarding plastic surgery procedures and post-operative care.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all patient information is kept confidential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
