We are growing and looking to add experienced professionals Full-time to assist our clients at the front desk. This is a very important position as you will interact with clients daily as well as coordinate practitioner schedules. Additionally, you will assist with various administrative functions including but not limited to answering phones, client files, inventory accounts and will also be involved with our consultation and sales process.
Requirements:2+ years’ experience in sales or customer services
Exceptional customer service with attention to detail
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Great problem solving and multi-tasking
Be able to work in fast paced environment independently
Basic computer skills
Preferred:
Industry experience in medical spa, luxury retail brand, or cosmetic industry
Able to work Over-time
Able to work in a couple locations
