THE JOB:
As the Pastry Sous Chef, you will ensure that food quality is superior and set the stage for the internal guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

The DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist the Executive Pastry Chef by establishing goals and objectives that focus on profit, product, and people
• Ensure food quality is superior and take action to correct any irregularities
• Train Bakers, Head Bakers, Pantry Workers, and Helpers on job responsibilities
