Responsibilities
-Plan and oversee the production and presentation of all bread, pastries, cookies, and desserts.
-Prepare items for special diets as needed for vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies, etc.
-Participate in the cooking and preparation of all types of food items including savory food items. The Pastry Chef may be asked to prep or cook meals in addition to their baking responsibility for the day.
-Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries
-Inventory management for bakery
-Prepare custom-made pastries based on customers’ preferences (e.g. special occasions like birthdays)
-Assisting customers with orders and ensuring exceptional customer service
-Measure, weigh, and properly use recipes in order to produce quality products
-Other reasonable assigned duties/tasks as per business needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,300.00 per week
