If you are an experienced Dealership Parts Manager who has been successful in building strong teams and motivating them to new levels of success, then this is an opportunity is for you!

Who are we looking for?

• 2 years experience managing a dealership Parts Department
• A proven track record of success running a profitable and well-managed parts department
• Ability to recruit, hire and train advisors and support staff
• Ford and/or Mazda experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and customer engagement skills
• Customer-focused, to provide a fast, friendly, and fun experience
• CDK experience, preferred
• Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere
