Job description
· Answer and assist all incoming parts calls.
· Address all customer requests for parts look-up/order updates.
· Open, receiving, and post purchase orders.
· Produce and deliver parts quotes, both for the service department and external customers.
· Enter all parts onto picking tickets/work orders, in compliance with quoted work.
· Obtain purchase orders from customers as required.
· Deliver parts consignments/orders to customer locations where applicable.
· Maintain positive communications with all parts staff and company managers.
· Develop strong parts and product line knowledge.
· Develop a thorough knowledge of service terminology to effectively assist the service department.
· Take initiative in developing new methods and procedures for the flow of paperwork in the parts department.
Interpret and adhere to company policy and procedures
· Take and compile notes/minutes during parts and safety meetings.
· File all parts paperwork daily.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Parts: 4 years (Preferred)
- Industrial equipment: 4 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
