Job description
- Purchases, stores, and issues spare parts for industrial equipment.
- Takes calls, emails and faxes from customers regarding parts & service.
- Takes parts requests from service technicians via phone and in-person.
- Accepts orders from customers - in person, via email or on the phone.
- Provides quotes on parts to customers.
- Sources parts using computer, manuals, books and the phone to find and price the correct part.
- Greets and assists customers that come to the parts counter.
Other duties may include:
- Shipping & Receiving.
- Administrative, Front Desk.
- Inside Sales.
Qualifications:
- MS Office experience preferred.
