We need an individual who will not only handle their own daily responsibilities but also help support the department team and provide customers with exceptional experiences. Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process
• Sells parts to customers
• Pulls purchased parts from stock
• Fields phone calls, provides price quotes and other required information
• Picks up ordered parts from outside vendors
• Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

2+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience strongly preferred

Knowledge of Chevrolet automotive products preferred but not required

Valid NYS driver's license

Must be a highly dependable team player with a good work ethic

Must be able to work Saturdays

Must have excellent customer service skills

Neat, clean, and professional appearance

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff

Basic computer and internet skills

Physical Requirements

Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects (50+ pounds) as needed

Spends 75% of work-day standing or walking; 25% of work-day sitting
