Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Customer Service Representatives will provide excellent customer service to our policyholders and agents. Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following duties:

• Maintain home office one to two days a week-answer phone calls, emails, faxes and voicemails
• Maintain files
• Keep Excel databases as needed
• Write professional quality letters to insureds, agents, etc.
• Make deposits
• Process basic endorsements
• Turn in claims as needed
• Maintain office supplies

Qualifications:

While we are proud to offer on-the-job training for this position, we prefer you start with these characteristics:

• Experience in customer service
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Desire to learn new things
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritize duties
• Excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated
