Job Description

The person who will love this job and do well in this position will serve gladly, work independently, and communicate honestly. Mappco Construction is a small and strategically growing commercial construction company in Fort Collins. We’re looking for the right person to manage the office, support the owner of the company, and constantly look for ways to create value for our clients.

This position is a multi-faceted role that includes Office Management as well as administrative assistant responsibilities. As a member of Mappco, you will help manage the office, coordinate subtractor and vendor requirements, as well as a variety of other administrative tasks.

Mappco is looking for an Office Manager that can thrive in a dynamic role in a small but growing business. If you’re looking for a large company with a lot of bureaucracy, policies and micro-managing, this position is not for you. You will need to be a responsible professional, self-starter, with a drive to get things done and that can work independently. If you are the right person for this position, we will ensure you are equipped and empowered with what you need to be successful.

Chad is a professional construction manager and general contractor with over 15 years of experience in the commercial construction management industry. Chad is passionate about energy efficiency and high-performance buildings. He sees the big picture, is a strategic thinker, and connects the dots. He’s great at planning, project management, and solving big problems.

Mr. Mapp is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), a Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA), and has earned a Master of Science Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Chad has worked as an owner’s representative and/or construction manager for the City of Fort Collins, Alpine Banks of Colorado, Institute for the Built Environment at Colorado State University, and real estate developers among many other entities.
