Position: Panel Builder (ONSITE) Office Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Description:
The Panel Builder role will be joining our growing team specializing in fabricating and delivering high-quality Industrial Control Panels to our customers and clients across the country. You will be responsible for material receipt, the assembly of complex wiring layouts for electrical systems, and the preparation of panels for shipment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs.
- Fabricate, mount, wire, and test industrial control panels per electrical schematics.
- Prepare panels and enclosures for final packing and delivery to customer site.
- Work with clients and in-house engineering staff to resolve technical issues during the fabrication process.
- Maintain shop inventory, including receiving and verification of incoming parts/deliveries.
- Adhere to and enforce company safety policies to create a safe work environment for employees.
- On occasion, perform troubleshooting or field install support in the field at customer sites.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in building electrical control panels (3 or more years preferable)
- High School Diploma; Electrical Engineering Technology (or similar degree) or Electrical certifications preferred.
- Must be capable to read and interpret electrical schematics for 24 VDC, 120 VAC, and 480 VAC systems.
- Knowledge of PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Automation Direct, GE, etc.).
- Comfortable and experienced using various shop tools (i.e. saws, grinders, drills, volt meters etc.).
- Ability to frequently lift 50 – 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- High attention to detail.
- Neat and concise workmanship, specifically regarding best practices in industrial wiring.

Other Requirements:
Location: Onsite - Indianapolis, Indiana
Travel: Up to 10% of the time to various client sites
Availability to work different shifts and/or weekends at times, depending on project needs.
Compensation:
Salary range of $41K - $65K. Dependent upon knowledge, skills, and experience.
