General Responsibilities:

The person in this role will perform routine maintenance duties including painting, and basic equipment or facility repairs based on the scope of work on job site assigned to, by performing the following duties:

• Essential Functions
• Preventative maintenance
• Painting / patching interior walls and doors
• Carpet repair
• Respond to building requests as needed.
• Reporting exterior damages.
• Wood repair
• Checking light fixtures

Work Shift / Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday

Start Time: 8:00 pm - End Time: 4:30 am
