Here at Shagbark Lumber & Farm Supplies, we cater to our customers with a friendly go get em' attitude. As a paint professional, it will be your responsibility to make sure each person experiences exceptional customer service, and is given the proper products to complete their tasks and projects with confidence! We are looking for a Paint Department Associate who can think and adapt quickly in a fast paced retail setting. Paint experience is a plus but we do train in house as well. Two years retail experience is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Opening and closing paint department
• Maintaining a clean work space
• Stocking & facing merchandise
• Building lasting customer relationships
• Staying up to date on paint sales & new products
• Product knowlege
• Color consulting
• Reliability & shift coverage

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Sales & retail experience
• Positive customer service attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn
• Paint knowlege
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Adapts easily in challenging or high pressure situations
• Can lift 30lbs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per year
